设计故事:本案业主与二合永设计公司已是多年的老朋友。业主在美容行业深耕多年,对审美有着很高要求,并且是凡事都追求尽善尽美的两位知性女士,而这与二合永设计一直以来坚持的设计态度“无品质 不出品”不谋而合。

Design story: The owner of this case has been friend of  Erheyong Design Company‘s ower for many years. The owner has been deeply involved in the beauty industry for many years, and has high requirements for aesthetics, and is the two intellectual ladies who pursue perfection in everything, and this coincides with the design attitude of “No Quality and No Product” that Erheyong Design has always adhered to.


恰如世间知己难求,相遇之后,一切不言而明。

Chapter One  Project introduction


本案是两位女士所经营的美容品牌下的一个年轻品牌——HY速美空间,这是一个致力于服务当下年轻群体、主推科技美肤的新品牌,我们希望能通过设计,使空间符合这一品牌的气质,并从区间划分及功能布局上,方便这一品牌后期运营。

This case is a young brand under the beauty brand operated by two women - HY Speed Beauty Space. This is a new brand dedicated to serving the current young group and promoting the beauty of skin. We hope that the space can be adapted to this brand by design, and interval division,  the layout of functional , can facilitate the later operation of this brand.

在本案开启之前,业主就这一新品牌的发展规划,对设计提出了以下几点要求:

商场店里无法避开的四根承重柱,是我们在做设计时必须要解决的一个大问题。在详细计算尺寸之后,我们利用隐藏及避让的方式,将可利用空间进行完美划分。

The four load-bearing columns that can't be avoided in the mall are a big problem that we must solve when designing. After calculating the dimensions in detail, we use the hidden and avoidance methods to perfectly divide the available space.


许昌HY速美空间美容室,此间美容室正好避开柱子,放两张床。

The beauty room, where the beauty room just avoids the pillars and puts two beds.


本案的另一个难点是入口处柱子的处理。首先,为了在商场众多店铺里脱颖而出,商铺门头采用别致的八角门和显而不露、引人欲探的中式园林造景手法吸引眼球,而靠近商铺前场的两根柱子则成了必须要解决的问题:通过平面布置图可知,其中一根柱子可通过咨询室柜子进行隐藏,不过另一个柱子则把空间切割开来,致使如此一块“商业宝地”价值大大降低,只能安排来做员工室。

First of all, in order to stand out in the many shops in the mall, the shop's door is dominated by the chic octagonal door and the Chinese garden landscaping method, which is unobtrusive and fascinating, and the two pillars near the front of the store become a problem must to be solved: It can be seen from the floor plan that one of the columns can be hidden by the consultation room cabinet, but the other column cuts the space, so that the value of such a "commercial treasure" is greatly reduced, and can only be arranged as staff room.

客户等候区及产品展示区,素雅的白,偶尔装点时尚香槟色。

咨询室,简洁又充满时尚感,柱子则完美地隐藏在柜子里。

The consultation room is simple and full of fashion, and the pillars are perfectly hidden in the cabinet.


商场店的另一个难点是下水点位不能随意挪动,而现场层高并不十分理想,所以不具备抬高地面的条件,设计通过设置时尚的、公共自助式补妆区,而不是传统的、每间美容室单设补妆台,以此既满足补妆需求,又解决下水点位难点问题。

The design is designed by setting a stylish, public self-service makeup area instead of the traditional one-each beauty room has a make-up table, which not only meets the needs of makeup, but also solves the difficult problem of getting into the water.

由于本案所设计的两个空间是同一个新品牌的两个连锁店,考虑到后期要快速可复制且节约成本,在平面布局阶段,设计方就为业主的“品牌运营”做了打算:

Since the two spaces designed in this case are two chain stores of the same new brand, considering the need to quickly copy and save costs in the later stage, in the plane layout stage, the design team made plans for the owner's “brand operation”:


首先,空间整体布局皆符合美容空间由浅到深,由开放到私密的运营策略,即接待——浅洽——面部护理——身体护理这样一个流程。

First of all, the overall layout of the space is in line with the beauty space from shallow to deep, from open to private operational strategy, that is, reception - shallow contact - facial care - body care, such a process.

其次,在品牌认知管理方面,“时尚、简洁”无疑是当下年轻群体的共同审美需求,所以本案空间统一采用环保贴膜的大面积留白处理,而流畅的白色灯带线条则将整个空间串联起来又充满科技感,而且,这样也正符合业主对设计提出的要求。

Secondly, in terms of brand cognition management, “fashion, simplicity” is undoubtedly the common aesthetic demand of the current young group, so the space of this case is uniformly treated with a large area of environmental protection film, while the smooth white light strips line the entire space. It is full of science and technology, and it is in line with the owner's requirements for design.

等候区设置统一形象的产品展示架,以变幻灯条增强科技代入感。

The waiting area sets a unified image display stand to enhance the sense of technology substitution with changing lights.

大面积的留白,使空间看起来纯净不浮夸,偶尔跳脱着时尚的香槟色,打破枯燥。

充满温馨气息的补妆台,做完护理,爱美的我们怎能素面朝天走向大街呢?

即使两个美容店同属于一个品牌,在空间布置上也要做出稍微的区别:相比于商场店,社区美容店选用了更多色彩与装饰来增加温馨感。

Even if two beauty shops belong to the same brand, there is a slight difference in the layout of the space: compared to the store, the community beauty shop uses more colors and decorations to add warmth.


由于社区美容店的顾客大都是周边住宅区的女性,在功能设置上要考虑增加餐吧与互动区,比如做身体护理的时间会比较长,午饭就可以在餐吧解决;如果宝妈带着孩子来做美容,那么孩子就可以在互动区写作业或者玩耍。

Since the customers of the community beauty shop are mostly women in the surrounding residential areas, it is necessary to consider adding a meal bar and an interactive area in the function setting. For example, the time for doing body care will be longer, and lunch can be solved at the meal bar; When the child comes with their mother, the child can write homework or play in the interactive area.

素雅的门头标识,延续室内明亮白净的空间,在周边环境形成强烈对比。路过门前的年轻人,难免会引起美的遐想,是对美容院,也是对自己。
